Python Job: Growth Data Analyst

As a Product-Led-Growth organization, data analysis is extremely important to us, so we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS Growth Data Analyst to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting user and product data insights using Mixpanel, analyzing website and marketing data in Google Analytics, and analyzing customer churn data, to help us unlock new growth opportunities within our product and user journey.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct analysis of user behavior and product usage to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Create reports and dashboards using Mixpanel and Google Analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and accuracy
• Work closely with product and engineering to add/update/remove events directly in the code base so there are no blockers with the analyses that needs to be performed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hypotheses, design experiments, and measure the impact of product changes and initiatives
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management through presentations and reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization

ABOUT YOU

• You have a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS product environment
• Experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Can work directly within the software to add/edit events, to make this product analysis happen
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
